During the warranty period, Latrine Machines does not repair your engine. We replace it with a new engine. Should you require service, outside of our warranty period, we stock all the necessary parts for you or your service professional to repair your engine. We provide a complete list in your manual.

For that reason, when you purchase the Latrine Machine, we give you an iron clad 90 day warranty. And, if you want even more protection, you can take advantage of our extended warranty plans for an additonal 6 months or 1 year.

When we decided to develop the Latrine Machine, we wanted an engine that was strong and dependable. Also, one that was EPA approved. After researching several companies, we chose a company that has been making engines since 1951. They've made hundreds of thousands of engines that are working in different applications all over the world. Its construction is simple and proven. Operation and maintenance are easy.
